  1. Acceptance of Terms By using BevTrack, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
  2. Description of Service BevTrack is a web-based sales tracking and reporting platform for breweries. Access is provided on a subscription basis following a one-time setup fee.
  3. Payment Subscription fees are billed monthly. Setup fees are billed at the time of onboarding. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts with overdue balances.
  4. Free Demo We offer a free demo prior to purchase. The demo does not constitute a trial period and does not obligate either party to a purchase.
  5. Your Data You retain ownership of all data you import into or generate within BevTrack. We do not claim any rights to your brewery or distributor data.
  6. Acceptable Use You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, or use BevTrack for any unlawful purpose.
  7. Termination Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
  8. Limitation of Liability BevTrack is provided "as is." We are not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data arising from use of or inability to use the service.
  9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email with 30 days notice.
  10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina.
